RETURNS
Return and Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products, or if an incorrect item was sent.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned:
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
Intimate or sanitary products, hazardousxxxm materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health and personal care items.
Exclusions:
PPa ckroducts chosen incorrectly by the customer cannot be returned.
Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
Returns will not be processed without clear evidence, such as photos or videos.
Process for Returns
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:
Contact us at projectionpeak@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the product.
Provide proof of purchase and evidence of the defect, damage, or incorrect item (photos/videos).
Await instructions from our support team regarding your case.
Note: Items cannot be sent back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
Full Refund: Refunded to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Replacement: A replacement product will be issued if stock permits.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Additional Notes
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular-priced items are eligible.
Shipping costs for any return process are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
